The current signed release envelope adds the provider-origin video, burned-in English captions, and Devpost receipt as a 45th delivery check. This button recomputes that combined capsule, story, envelope, author/platform bundle, and terminal receipt chain using same-origin files only. The credentialed scheduled monitor separately refreshes live provider state. No judge credential, SQL password, database URL, S3 bucket, or object key is exposed.
